Returns & Exchanges

We’ve extended your time to make returns during the holiday shopping season. Items purchased between November 15, 2025 and December 15, 2025 are eligible to be returned for a refund until January 15, 2026. Our standard 30-day return policy applies to items purchased on or after December 16, 2025.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return. Please download and print a return form, which you can find on your order status page or by looking up your order history in your account.

Please follow the instructions on the return form, ensuring you include your order number and the items being returned. This information is essential for processing your refund. Once completed, place the return form inside the package and mail it back to us. If you choose to return an item for any reason, it must be in the same condition as when received: undamaged, unaltered, and accompanied by the original tags, packaging (if applicable), and proof of purchase. Once we receive your return and confirm everything is in order, we will process your refund using the same currency and exchange rate as your original order, via your original payment method. Return processing typically takes 3-10 business days. We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

We are not accepting exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item for another, please return the original one and place a new order instead.
